ONLINE THERAPY FOR LIFE TRANSITIONS THROUGHOUT NEW YORK AND SOUTH CAROLINA
Helping you manage life’s transitions.
Transitions can stir up deep emotions and unexpected challenges.
For Emerging adults, starting a new job, moving to a new city, or watching friendships change can feel exciting and overwhelming all at once. You may experience anxiety about new responsibilities, pressure to succeed, or loneliness after moving away from familiar support systems. You may be questioning your identity, struggling with self-doubt, or feeling lost about your next steps.
For Caregivers and adults in midlife taking care of aging parents or loved ones often brings deep emotional feelings. You may feel overwhelmed by changing family roles and increased responsibility. You may feel guilt, grief, resentment, or exhaustion, and wonder how to navigate this new chapter of your life. It’s common to question your identity beyond caregiving or to feel unstable as your priorities shift.
No matter where you are in life, these and other transitions can spark feelings of uncertainty, anxiety, loneliness, or even a loss of purpose. In our work together I’ll provide a compassionate, supportive space where you can slow down, breathe, and explore who you’re becoming.
In therapy I’ll help you:
Make sense of your feelings so they feel less overwhelming and more manageable.
Reconnect to your sense of self and values, helping you make decisions that feel aligned and authentic.
Build coping skills to manage anxiety, uncertainty, and stress during change.
Explore your identity as it evolves, beyond roles, expectations, or what others need from you.
Strengthen boundaries and relationships as you navigate new dynamics with family, friends, or work.
